Overview

Click & Collect Application is a powerful e-commerce app designed to simplify order processing and customer collection. Customers can create new orders, track their status in real-time, and collect them seamlessly at the store/home.

Order Creation & Collection:

• To create an order, the user simply clicks the “Create Order” button and fills out the submission form (see image).
• Once the order is ready, the system updates its status as “Packed.”
• During pickup, staff or customers can click the “Sign for Collection” button, changing the status from Packed → Collected.

This ensures a smooth and transparent journey from order creation to final pickup.
