Overview

In this project, I developed a comprehensive set of 9 Power BI dashboards designed specifically for Tooling Quality Engineers to monitor, analyze, and improve tooling-related processes across manufacturing facilities. The dashboards integrate data from Dataverse and Smartsheets, ensuring seamless access to structured and semi-structured data while enabling real-time reporting and data-driven decision-making.

The solution provides an end-to-end view of tooling activities, from mold builds to inspections and nonconformity tracking. Each dashboard is tailored to meet the needs of quality teams, managers, and operational experts, offering interactive visualizations, drill-down capabilities, and insightful metrics.

Data Sources:
  • Dataverse: Used for structured data like mold build times, inspections, and related processes, providing a secure and scalable data storage solution.
  • Smartsheets: Integrated for tracking operational counts, inspections, and nonconformity reports, offering flexibility and ease of collaboration.
Dashboard Details:
1. Mold Build Time (Dataverse):

Tracks the time spent on mold builds, helping identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the tooling process.

Provides counts of mold builds over time, enabling teams to monitor workload, capacity planning, and production trends.
