We developed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Management Application for Kongsberg using a Power Apps Canvas App, SharePoint Lists and Power Automate. The solution streamlined the RMA process with a user-friendly interface for managing return requests, tracking their status and automating key business processes.
