Model-Driven Power App

  • Controlled access to student and operational data based on user roles and assigned centers.

Student management

Attendance management

Student assessment

Center & teacher management

  • Supported teacher assignment and center-level operational management.

Dataverse

  • Designed a centralized relational data model for students, teachers, centers, attendance, assessments and family information.
  • Implemented Dataverse security roles and relationships to support controlled data access.

Power Automate

  • Automated operational workflows and notifications.
  • Supported recurring processes and data-driven actions within the student management lifecycle.

Business outcome

The application provides a centralized and secure platform for managing student operations across multiple centers, reducing manual administration and giving teachers and management structured access to attendance, assessments, student records and family information.
